Support for Ventura products is available from several online sources. There are user supported newsgroups and a user supported email list. Each of these are visited by the most knowledgeable of Ventura users on a regular basis.
If you can access the newsgroup that's a great place to start, and you can search through previous posts to see if your situation has been encountered before and answered already. If not, post away. There is also a very extensive FAQ list that addresses many of the most common issues. To subscribe to a newsgroup enter cnews.corel.com from any email program or newsreader that supports newsgroups.
If you're unable to access a newsgroup you might be able to subscribe to the email newsgroup. To do so follow these instructions.
